Enrolment & Tuition Fees
There aren’t any fees for registration or for test (including IELTS and TOEFL). Any bank charges are payable by the Student or Agent. All fees must be paid in advance of the tuition.
Tuition process
The School reserves the right to appoint and rotate teachers. Tuition time/date may be changed in advance with a written notification (subject to availability of teaching staff / teaching rooms) or through direct negotiation with the Teacher (subject to availability of teaching rooms).
If a school receives the notification about the private lesson cancellation less than 6 hours before the start, the lesson is considered as conducted and won’t be reimbursed.
Punctual arrival is the Student’s responsibility. The School will not extend the teaching time due to late arrival. One lesson lasts 45 minutes (1 academic hour).
The School reserves the right to change teachers, times, rooms and combine classes if necessary.
Group course
Once the student booked group tuition, there is no way to switch to private lessons. Private lessons can only be taken in addition to group course and for additional payment.
Students who booked the group tuition and have no co-students of exactly the same level are entitled to be compensated with the individual lessons in amount of 75% of booked group lessons.
30 group lessons may be compensated with 20 group lessons (in case there is a group available for 20 lessons) + 6 individual lessons or with 22 individual lessons in case there is no co-students of exactly the same level for all 30 lessons in a group.
20 group lessons may be compensated with 15 individual lessons. As soon as the other student with the same level joins the group, the amount of lessons changes back accordingly.
The School reserves the right to establish the current level of the language of the Student and his/her suitability to the group. The maximum number of students in a group is 7 people.
The school reserves the right to add more students for a short period if needed. Group lessons missed for a personal reason of a student cannot be made-up in any way.
Group course is valid within 12 months from the moment when the course was booked. If the student cannot finish course within 12 months, no reimbursement of money or lessons possible.
Individual course
Individual course is valid within 12 months from the moment when the course was booked. If the student cannot finish course within 12 months, no reimbursement of money or lessons possible.
If the student is not able to arrive to the school on the specified date, the student can postpone the course within 12 months to any time, excluding holidays and weekends.
The student should inform the administration of the new arrival dates at least 14 days in advance.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds may take up to 1 month from the date when official notification has been received by the School. No refunds can be made after the course has commenced.
In case of genuine personal emergency, the Student will receive a course voucher for the time remaining after the approval of the School principal and will be able to continue her/his studies later.
Public holidays
Fee reductions do not apply where a course includes a public holiday when the School is closed. The lessons missed because of the School closure will be given on different days according to the arrangement between the School and the Student.
Contact details
Students are obliged to give contact details, including mobile phone number and email address. These must be correct and up to date. If contact details change, we must be informed.
Data protection
The information stored by Interactive English Language School is in accordance with the data protection act. Information and may be shared with the British Home Office for visa purposes or accreditation bodies.
Promotional materials
We might take photographs or videos for use in our promotional marketing purposes. We will not use any such images of you without your permission.
