Your learning path
Testing and program selection
We will carry out a free diagnosis of the language level of all employees and, if necessary, distribute them into groups. Our experts will develop a program for each group or individual employee, taking into account the specifics of your company.
In addition to general business language programs, we can also implement specialized industry programs such as law, finance, medicine, information technology, aviation, social services, industry, etc.
Training process and quality control
Our corporate programs seamlessly combine basic language training with a professional business context, providing fluency in modern business English. Corporate training will be of an applied nature – 75% of the time your employees will speak the language, developing the skills to participate in business negotiations, telephone conversations, and business correspondence skills.
During the training, our managers provide comprehensive support, including progress monitoring, taking into account all your wishes during the training, providing monthly reports on hours, attendance and the progress.
Certificate of completion and post-training support
Upon completion of the training, we will conduct a final testing of employees and, based on their results, issue certificates of completion of the course.

Training programs
General Business English
The main goal of the course is to practically develop all language competences that lay in the sphere of business ethics and any problematic situations of communication associated with formal negotiations, correspondence of any format, making presentations and leading a business talk on the phone with the foreign partners and colleagues.
Topics in the general business course cover the contemporary aspects of international business communication that your staff will find the most essential in their professional development. They will learn the most common stereotypes and tendencies in leading successful negotiations with the partners from different parts of the world paying a special attention to how the styles of formal vs informal communication and expectations change from one part of the world to another.
The course is designed in accordance with requirements for BEC (Business English Certificate) and, if necessary, can partially prepare you for the Cambridge Business Exams.
General English
This program is aimed at developing communication skills and getting rid of the language barrier, as well as improving all other language skills: listening, reading, writing. Students enrich their vocabulary, study the main principles of building up a phrase, from a short word combination to a more complicated sentence, and in the same lesson they practice all new words and phrases in simulated cases.
The lesson structure is based on a non-stop process of communicative collaboration. Step by step you go through a logical chain of creatively designed tasks, work in pairs, have brainstorm sessions, speak in front others presenting your ideas or solutions.
Specialized Industry-Focused Programs
In addition to general business English programs, we can also implement industry-specific programs, such as law, finance, medicine, IT, aviation, social services, etc. Depending on your company’s goals, we will assess the skill gaps in your company and develop an employee training program to address your business’s real needs.

Teaching at EDUCA since 2019Christopher was born and lived in Manchester, UK. He has always been interested in traveling and how other cultures and people of different nationalities live, so he came to St Petersburg, and then Yervan to learn Russian and teach English. And therefore, especially for this purpose, he completed a course in teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL).
At Christopher’s classes you can learn many interesting facts about the lives of English-speaking people, and how people talk in real life, not just what they learn at school and university.
MELANIA GEVORGYAN
Teaching at EDUCA since 2023One of our most positive teachers, Melania Gevorgyan. She believes that communication through language will be easier for all of us, it will open new doors to discover the world in a new way, to explore other cultures and to create a bridge to communicate with people from other countries. ELIZAVETA VOLKOVA
Teaching at EDUCA since 2018Elizaveta is an incredibly charming and empathetic teacher, she will find an approach to a restless teenager, a meticulous engineer, and an elderly woman. Elizabeth is constantly improving her language skills: she studies literature, watches popular English bloggers, gets acquainted with youth slang – so you can be sure that with this teacher you will be aware of all the latest trends.

ANI MANUKYAN
Teaching at EDUCA since 2023Ani has been working at the center for a relatively short time, but it is difficult to imagine a more irreplaceable teacher.

OZHENI BOSNOYAN
Teaching at EDUCA since 2023Born in Syria, she loved studying languages since childhood and is fluent in several languages: English, Armenian (Eastern and Western), French, Arabic. Ozheni has been working at our center since the fall of 2023, but thanks to her responsible approach and enthusiasm, she has already become very popular with the students. She believes that all language skills are important in teaching a language, but her main emphasis is on speaking and correct pronunciation.
