Company’s history

Every story has a beginning, and Educa Russian Language Center is no exception. We owe thanks to our passionate founder, Dina Levina, for making a dream come true when she established a Russian language center for foreigners in Russia’s cultural jewel, St. Petersburg.

Our team - Educa Language School

Our company’s foundation dates back to the beginning of this millennium, inspired by Ms. Levina’s numerous international travels. Though initially for pleasure, these trips revealed that misconceptions and stereotypes about Russian culture and language had taken root abroad. As a proud Russian, Dina Levina felt both concerned and motivated by this perception. She decided to take action. What better way to change perspectives than by sharing the authentic, rich Russian language with others?

As you might imagine, building an organization from scratch wasn’t easy. But in 2003, we welcomed our first students. We’ve experienced ups and downs, but each challenge has made us more professional and knowledgeable about our work. What we offer is an exclusive opportunity to immerse yourself in the Russian language and culture with qualified support. We provide not just grammar and syntax, but keys to understanding the mysterious Russian soul. You won’t be alone on this exciting journey—our teachers and host families will be your dedicated guides to one of life’s most fascinating experiences.
