Classic Beef Stroganoff is a dish of sautéed pieces of beef with white mushrooms served with a special sauce that includes sour cream. It can be served with different garnishing including mashed potatoes, rice, and even pasta.
Blinis (блины). And here comes the dessert! Well, blinis are actually multifunctional and can be offered as a dessert or as a main dish. Blinis are basically thin pancakes that are served with any kind of filling rather sweet or salty.
